Brief Illustrated History of Romania

It  seldom happens that you come across a rare breed of historians who are not hesitant in letting their opinions and 'What-if' analysis known to the readers.

One just not only needs a thorough and lucid analysis of the old pages of history for this but also needs audacity to challenge the readers and people who prefer to lie in the shadow of historical-facts-should-not-be-touched ease.

This is best a historian can do what Neagh Djuvara has tried doing through this book, inspiring a future generation by telling not only the proud origin of his country but also underlining the mistakes from past which coming generations should be warned off.

The last lines and concluding paragraphs of his books is nothing but hope for illustrated Romaina.
